1. About Us
ToysWalaPK ("we", "our", "us") operates toyswalapk.com, an online toy store serving customers across Pakistan. By placing an order on our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy.

2. Orders & Acceptance
- Placing an order on toyswalapk.com is an offer to buy, not a completed sale.
- We confirm every order by call, SMS, or WhatsApp before dispatch. An order is accepted only once we confirm it.
- We may cancel or refuse any order — for example, if an item is out of stock, a price was listed incorrectly, or the delivery address is outside our service area. If you already paid, you will be refunded in full.

3. Prices
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Prices and promotions can change without notice. The price confirmed at order confirmation is the price you pay.
- If a clear pricing error is discovered after you order, we will contact you — you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Payment
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. Please keep the confirmed amount ready when your parcel arrives.
- If/when online payment methods are added, they will be processed securely and your payment details are never stored on our servers.

5. Shipping & Delivery
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan, and orders of Rs 5,000 or more are delivered free of charge. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. The total, including any delivery fee, is confirmed with you before dispatch. Delivery times are estimates; delays by the courier are outside our control, but we will help you track and resolve them.

6. Returns & Refunds
Our Refund Policy explains the return window and how to start a return. For COD orders: please inspect your parcel at the time of delivery — claims for wrong or damaged items are easiest to resolve on the spot with the rider present.

7. Products, Images & Age Guidance
- Product images are for illustration. Colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen.
- Each product page carries an age guidance (e.g., "3+ years"). Please follow it. Toys with small parts are choking hazards for children under 3 — adult supervision is recommended.
- We sell genuine products as described. If what arrives materially differs from the description, our Refund Policy covers you.

8. Fair Use & Fraud Prevention
- You agree not to misuse the website (no scraping, no attempts to disrupt the store, no fraudulent orders).
- Repeated fake or refused COD orders may lead us to require advance payment for future orders or to decline service. This keeps prices fair for genuine customers.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on toyswalapk.com — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to ToysWalaPK or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToysWalaPK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Lahore, Punjab.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
